Karola Rodríguez is a marketing and sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth and expansion—with a strong interest in internationalization and the evolving consumer behavior trends unique to each market.
Before joining Grasslands, Karola began her career in the wholesale and retail industry, helping to introduce and grow international businesses within the Mexican market. Her ambition to further develop her career in marketing and sales led her to pursue a Master’s degree at EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain, complementing her academic background in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Puebla, México (ITESM).
Karola is deeply committed to understanding and exceeding client expectations. She believes that every business and client relationship should be treated with the same care and understanding as a personal connection. This philosophy allows her to better identify client needs, deliver results, and build long-lasting, trust-based partnerships.
