The Grasslands Party isn't your typical trade show mixer. We bring high-level cannabis and hemp decision-makers, investors, and media professionals off the showroom floor and beyond the Strip, where they can relax and forge meaningful connections with future partners, collaborators, and allies.

There are multiple different ways to get an invitation to The Grasslands Party:
- Your application for an invitation is accepted.
- You sponsor the party.
- You are invited directly by a sponsor, by Grasslands, or by a Grasslands client.

The Grasslands Party takes place on Dec. 3, 2025, from 7 p.m. to midnight in coordination with MJBizCon. The location will be released to confirmed invitees the week before the event.
Most guests wear business casual or cocktail casual attire. The event is indoors and outdoors with multiple fire pits and heaters. Las Vegas weather can vary greatly in December, so you may want to bring a jacket.
There is limited street parking available at the venue. However, we highly encourage guests to take advantage of ride-shares, taxis or public transportation.
No, cannabis consumption is not permitted inside the event venue. Wristbands for re-entry will be provided when checking in, allowing you to exit and re-enter the party venue.
No, this is a strict invitation-only event. Only those whose names appear on the guestlist may gain entry. Please do not show up with anyone who isn’t on the list—they will be turned away at the door.
Grasslands will provide a limited open bar and light bites. We do encourage guests to bring cash, however, for tipping the waitstaff and donations to our nonprofit partner the Cannabis Media Council.
