This month we’re excited to spotlight Shannon Kaygi and Rochonne Sanchez, co-founders of the newly launched Eossi Beauty.

Five Questions: 

1. What is your favorite part about leading Eossi Beauty? Our favorite part is creating a product that we haven't found on the market, and adding all the little details in to elevate the brand and our products, so they reflect our vision of what beauty products should be. 
    
2. What was your most interesting job before founding a beauty brand? Rochonne worked for an underground gold mine in their safety and health department during college and Shannon worked at Denver’s Elitch Gardens theme park when she was 14 in the photo both for the Sidewinder and Boomerang steel coasters.
   
3. Where can we find you after work? Pre-quarantine, we were at networking events, conferences or happy hours. Really anywhere where we can socialize. We are both social butterflies.
   
4. Tell us your go-to karaoke song: Shannon's is "Don't Stop Believin’" by Journey and Rochone's is "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" by Céline Dion.
   
5. What advice would you give to other industry professionals? We would say to trust your gut, do your due diligence, and ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure you have a contract.
